ProjectsBlockedDeployment / High

Deploy queued Sensei layers

Roles, North Star, Playbooks, Attention, Scorecard, and Compass Map are pushed to GitHub but not live because Vercel is quota-blocking production deployments.

Outcome: sensei.themelbournefoundry.com runs the latest GitHub main build while staying protected.

Next: Retry the linked Vercel production deploy after the 24-hour Hobby quota window resets.

Dependencies:
  • Vercel deployment quota reset
  • sensei-os linked project
  • Basic auth environment variables

Target 5 July

PersonalQueuedCore OS / High

Complete personal OS spine

The OS needs a clear spine connecting direction, roles, attention, repeatable protocols, and measurement.

Outcome: The dashboard gives a coherent top-down view from North Star through daily action and feedback.

Next: Live-test the queued modules once Vercel accepts the next production deployment.

Dependencies:
  • North Star
  • Roles
  • Playbooks
  • Attention
  • Scorecard
  • Compass Map

Backup confidence pass

As Sensei grows, backups need to make every new layer visible and restorable.

Outcome: Settings clearly reports every data type and export/import preserves the full OS.

Next: Run an export/import smoke test after the next successful live deploy.

Dependencies:
  • Settings counts
  • Local storage migration
  • Live deployment

Target 7 July

ProjectsShippedPrivacy / High

Foundry domain guardrail

The private Sensei OS and public Melbourne Foundry homepage must never collapse into the same public surface.

Outcome: sensei.themelbournefoundry.com stays private and www.themelbournefoundry.com stays public.

Next: Keep checking both domains after every production deploy.

Dependencies:
  • Basic auth
  • Vercel domain aliases
  • Public homepage project

Foundry domain guardrail

Private/public domain split remains correct during Sensei buildout.

Evidence: Unauthenticated Sensei returns 401 and www.themelbournefoundry.com serves the public Foundry homepage.

Next: Repeat this check after every successful Vercel production deploy.

Deploy queued Sensei layers

Latest Sensei layers are committed to GitHub but production deploy is blocked by Vercel Hobby quota.

Evidence: Vercel returned api-deployments-young-hobby-team-24h after uploading the linked sensei-os build.

Next: Retry the linked production deploy once the quota window resets.
